1. How do I know if I need Counselling?
You may choose counselling if you want to gain clarity on an issue, change old patterns, get some support with a personal problem or for personal development.
2. What happens in a counselling session?
Counselling is a process in which the client and counsellor collaboratively work together towards goals set out by the client. Counselling gives you the space to talk about and explore whatever you want in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

4. How old do I have to be to use this service?
You have to be at least 16 years old to use this service.
5. What issues can you help with?
I can help with a range of issues including personal development, stress management, depression, anxiety, phobias, decision making, etc. I recommend you book an initial session to discuss the issue with me and see if you’d like to work together.
6. What qualifications do you have?
I have a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology, a Diploma in Psychotherapy accredited by the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy, and 6 years’ experience as a Counsellor. You can read up more about me by clicking here.
6. How many sessions should I book?
I offer both short-term and long-term counselling. Short-term counselling usually ranges from 12-16 sessions whereas long-term counselling could last a few months to a year. I offer the initial 30 minute session free of charge if taken online.

I am available on weekends (timings depend on your location). Since my clientele is from all over the globe, I am happy to accommodate timings convenient to you, according to your time zone.
9. How long does a session last?
Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes.
10. Do you offer counselling in a language other than English?
Yes, I offer counselling in a number of languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Marathi and Gujarati.
11. How much does each session cost?

12. How are payments made?
Payments can be made via cash, western union, paypal or online bank transfers. Please email me at email@example.com to discuss payment details.
13. Do you provide refunds?
All payments are final and I do not provide refunds.
